Selection is purely on merit, with reservation as per government norms. Applications close on 31st July; training begins on 1st August.

Get the application form
From the Principal's office for ₹150, or by post with a ₹200 bank draft payable at Nischintakoili.

Submit with documents
Return the completed form with attested certificates on or before 31st July.

Merit selection
Based on marks in the qualifying exam, with reservation as per government norms.
4
Join and pay
Training starts 1st August. Pay the admission amount and begin your trade.

Age limit14 to 40 years as on 1st August of the admission year.
Height / Weight137 cm and 25.4 kg minimum.
ChestExpansion of not less than 32 inches.
Health & visionFree from contagious disease; vision 6/13 in each eye.

A caution money deposit of ₹1,000 is collected from each student at the time of admission.
- Attested copies of HSC mark sheet and other certificates (2 each)
- Attested copies of higher education certificates, if any (2 each)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Attested caste and income certificates for SC/ST/OBC/Minority candidates
- Residential or migration certificate for candidates from outside Odisha
- Postage stamp worth ₹6 affixed to the intimation letter
ExaminationAll trainees sit the All India Trade Test (AITT) in July, conducted by NCVT, New Delhi.
Attendance80% of actual working days is compulsory to be eligible for the trade test.
